"Replaced a couple pumps. Andrei was very easy to work with from start to finish. Pricing was very fair. The ejector pit had an extra amount of lint at the bottom (and even a spoon). But it was cleaned out thoroughly as part of the service. A family run company so Andrei's dad, Robert, helped with the installations. Andrei recommended that I not replace a very old but working water heater. So, they are watching out for their customers cost-wise. Their great ratings are well deserved. They treat their customers right!"

"Working with Dream Home Plumbing was maybe the best experience I've had with a contracting company of any kind, ever. We had an issue with a leak for which we couldn't identify the source. Andrei was at our house (on a Saturday) within an hour of me calling, and he quickly figured it out. While he was at our house, I showed him another issue we'd been having with our bathtub (but wasn't urgent / didn't intend to fix that day), and he diagnosed / fixed the issue in a couple minutes. "We had Dream Home Plumbing replace our hot water tank, sub pump and battery backup. DHP price, service, and cleanliness were great. An example of their great service was we noticed a minor issue several days later, a couple drops of water at the water connection to the hot water tank. We texted Andrei about the minor issue the following morning and he got back to us in less than 5 minutes!! They came out to fix the minor issue (ended up being slightly crimped washer at the water connection to the water tank) the next day at a time convenient to us. It has been several months now and everything works fine. This is a company that stood behind its work. We will use DHP for future plumbing needs."

Andrei listened to my needs and looked at photos of my valve location. He provided me with a quote without a visit to my home. Andrei and Robert showed up in the time range quoted and gave me a 20 minute notice. Both were professional, polite and wore feet coverings before entering the house. Experienced Since they had to use a torch for the repair, they covered my two smoke detectors to mitigate any alarm alerts. Good thinking that showed their experience and attention to detail. Project was completed on time and on budget. Finally, I had a new shower head that had low water flow. I asked them to correct. They did so and NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! "Andrei and Robert are the best! We had a disposal failure and minor leak in the drain pipe under our kitchen sink. I called Dream Home Plumbing, and we set an appointment for a couple days later, giving me enough time to find a replacement disposal and, while we were at it, a new sink and faucet to upgrade the builder-grade materials that had been in place for close to 20 years. It turned out the sink I'd ordered didn't quite fit the hole in the granite countertop, which had odd-enough measurements that I worried we'd have to have a whole new countertop installed. Following my failure to find the right-sized sink online, Andrei and Robert returned and took the old sink to home improvement stores, where they somehow were able to find one that would fit - whew! The installation was impeccable, and they even re-plumbed the pipes coming out of the wall, as the builders had done a poor job with that. Long story short, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the install, attention to detail, communication and reliability provided by Dream Home Plumbing. We will definitely be calling Andrei and Robert for future plumbing needs, and I'll sing Dream Home Plumbing's praises to any friends and neighbors who are looking for a plumber."
