"It wasn’t until after our tankless water heater was fixed by Dream Home Plumbing that I realized how cold our water had been for 4 (!!) months & how bad the water pressure was!! They did such a fantastic job! Our water temp had dipped back in the winter and I’m embarrassed DHP wasn’t my first call but as a first time home owner we just picked a random plumber. The issue wasn’t corrected and only got worse. One call to DHP, Andrei was over within hours and suggested 3 possible issues AND 3 solid solutions. It was the first time we felt confident we’d have hot water again. Something we found really admirable is that part of finding the solution (& cost savings for in-warranty parts just in the nick of time) was waiting on hold and talking to customer service support for our tankless. An example of their great service was we noticed a minor issue several days later, a couple drops of water at the water connection to the hot water tank. We texted Andrei about the minor issue the following morning and he got back to us in less than 5 minutes!! They came out to fix the minor issue (ended up being slightly crimped washer at the water connection to the water tank) the next day at a time convenient to us. It has been several months now and everything works fine. This is a company that stood behind its work. We will use DHP for future plumbing needs."
