"It wasn’t until after our tankless water heater was fixed by Dream Home Plumbing that I realized how cold our water had been for 4 (!!) months & how bad the water pressure was!! They did such a fantastic job! Our water temp had dipped back in the winter and I’m embarrassed DHP wasn’t my first call but as a first time home owner we just picked a random plumber. The issue wasn’t corrected and only got worse. One call to DHP, Andrei was over within hours and suggested 3 possible issues AND 3 solid solutions. It was the first time we felt confident we’d have hot water again. Something we found really admirable is that part of finding the solution (& cost savings for in-warranty parts just in the nick of time) was waiting on hold and talking to customer service support for our tankless. It was likely tedious & time consuming but it was necessary & a step I saw first hand other plumbers might not do for you. We are so grateful! Arguably the best plumbers in the western burbs!"
